In his youth, Dr. Bruce Forciea (Wisconsin) was a rock guitarist, champion figure skater, and budding scientist. As a child he always had a keen interest in science and an insatiable curiosity about how things worked. After graduating high school he traveled with a professional ice show and had a successful coaching career that included a year in Sydney, Australia. After returning to the US, he worked as a laboratory and engineering technician. His engineering job exposed him to digital circuit design and information theory. His interest in science gradually evolved into a quest to learn about life and healing as he was struck with a serious illness. He studied life sciences and psychology and earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from Eckerd College and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Parker College. After graduating from professional school in 1993 he began practicing in his hometown. Besides helping thousands of patients he also spoke at numerous local, national and international conferences. In 2002, Dr. Forciea became a full-time instructor in anatomy and physiology for Moraine Park Technical College. He continues to practice part-time, lecture and write about healing.
