Working through the path of the body, using tools from Bioenergetics, Core Energetics, Somatic Experiencing, Yoga, and Anodea Judith’s signature Chakra Therapy, this training will give you a foundation for working with "Charge" or the body's basic life force. You will learn how the chakras manage your charge, how past experiences of abuse and neglect influence that charge, and how to release blocked charge for a better flow of aliveness and awakening. Learn to unlock defense patterns within each chakra with dynamic exercises that address the issues in your tissue.
