Welcome to the new Llewellyn.com!
You may notice a few changes around here (and if you don’t, we suggest you visit your optometrist). We’ve spent the last two years working to make our website friendlier, easier to use, and include more information about our books, authors, and our topics.
Just a few of the things that we’ve added for you:
- “Browse Inside” features that allow you to look inside of our books before you purchase
- More content, including Llewellyn Journal articles, recipes, tidbits, advice, how-tos, and more
- Two new monthly newsletters, the Wellness Update and the Magic Update, in addition to older favorites like the Witchy Update and the Llewellyn e-Magazine
- New blogs, each dedicated to our core topics like Magick,
Paganism, Astrology, Tarot, Body and Soul, and the Paranormal. Feel free to peruse our blog posts, comment, and interact with us—we love hearing from our readers! - An easier shopping process, by enhancing search functionality and streamlining our shopping cart. The easier it is for you to buy that book you’ve had your eye on, the sooner it can be in your mailbox!
While the past months have included many long days, we’re happy with what we have to offer you; after all, you asked, and we answered! But, we’re also happy to report that our job is never truly finished. That means that in the coming months we will continue to make upgrades that make www.llewellyn.com easier to use and navigate.

I thoroughly enjoyed the old Llewellyn.com. I’m sure I’ll quickly learn my way around the new layout, but I do notice something missing that I absolutely loved: the Spell-A-Day section. I enjoyed clicking over, every day, to this segment of your website, and actually found great ideas there from time to time. Is there a section on the new website that replaces this? Or, is that section gone for good? It was great, and will be greatly missed. It was one of the reasons why I clicked over every day, and, as such, I found a lot of great products I wouldn’t have seen had I not been such a frequent visitor.

I love to visit this site several times a month, and I love the free Tarot and spell-a-day, thanks for the posting the links here. But I can’t find them listed anywhere on the homepage. I also can’t figure out how to get to either of these pages from the ‘Nature Based & Pagan’ page and the ‘Tarot & Divination’ page. Please make this link more visible for easy access.

Unfortunately, we didn’t include the lunar forcaster in the new site design.
You can still find the current lunar information in the right hand column of the Magick http://www.llewellyn.com/browse_magick.php category.

You’ll find the Llewellyn Spell-A-Day just below the list of articles at the top of the right hand column of the Nature Based & Pagan category http://www.llewellyn.com/browse_nature_and_pagan.php.
To view the full list of spells just click on the Llewellyn Spell-A-Day title at the top of the box. You can also search all of the spells by entering keywords in the ‘Search Spells’ field at the bottom of the box.
For our Free Web Tarot, just click on Free Tarot Reading banner just below the list of articles at the top of the right hand column of the Tarot category http://www.llewellyn.com/browse_tarot_and_divination.php.
We also have rotating banners leading to both the Spell-A-Day and Free Tarot Reading in the right hand column of our home page.

I think your new site is great! Even more stuff to browse. On your Current moon phase section, does anyone know what UTC is and how to convert it to regular time? It would be great if I could find this out! Excellent work! Blessed Be, Tina
Thanks, Brandi, I found the Spell-A-Day banner. But when I checked there was no “Free Tarot Reading” banner below the articles in the right column on the Tarot page. All that is there is “The Dollhouse Oracle” and three links to other pages then below that is “Readers’ Top Picks.”
I also can’t see where the banner you mentioned is on the homepage. When I went there, the only rotating banner is in the center (top) of that page, and in the right column is an article about Scott Cunningham plus links to other pages, under that is “Llewellyn Unbound,” “Question of the Month,” and “Readers’ Top 5.”
I did look (promise!), I just don’t see the banners/links in either place.
Thank goodness I kept the link to this page. Please make these banners more visible so others don’t get frustrated like I did. Thanks & BB, Ann
I do see a banner for the “Free Tarot Reading” in the right hand column of this page http://www.llewellyn.com/browse_tarot_and_divination.php. It is fairly prominent.
You can also find a link to the Free Tarot Reading page on our site map http://www.llewellyn.com/sitemap.php.
The Free Tarot Reading and Spell-A-Day banners are set to alternate on our home page. If you hit the browser refresh button while on our home page, you should see them change.
Okay, now I’m concerned. I just checked again and do not see the banners on either page you mentioned. 🙁 I connect to the Internet with the latest version of Mozilla Firefox. Does this site have trouble with that?
