Strange circular cloud hovers over Moscow

There was a circular cloud hovering over Moscow last week. Meteorologists claim it’s not supernatural, but there’s just something about that photo that makes a person go hmm…. When I first saw it, I immediately thought “That looks like something that would be on an episode of Doctor Who.”
