Past Life Memories
This article was written by Florence Wagner McClain on May 31, 2002 posted under Past Life Regression After exploring several lifetimes through past life regression, it may appear that the other lifetimes were much more dramatic and exciting than the present one. That is just how memories work. We don’t usually remember the dull or ordinary days.
It seems as if a majority of the time when the subject of reincarnation or regression is discussed, one would think that the world had never been populated by anything but priests and priestesses, kings, queens, assorted nobility, Indian chiefs or the chief’s daughters. Man’s ego being what it is, it is much more appealing to be a leader than a follower.
Social status gained in a past lifetime is important only to the immature ego. What you did, how much you learned and whether you matured and grew from the experience is much more important than whether you did it as a member of high society, as `just a housewife,’ as a multi-millionaire tycoon, or as a poor dirt farmer. What you are is what lasts from lifetime to—who you were.
