Being Here Now

Even as we recognize that the physical world—as perceived through our physical senses seemingly affirmed through “history”—is really only a “Belief System” that is constantly updated by “patches” and “new versions,” it is our Starting Point. We start with the world we perceive, and we grow by understanding even as we must acknowledge that our vision is limited and may be distorted by our consensual ability to create. That’s the world as we know it! As we continue our study of consciousness we will gain in our ability to understand and even shape consensual reality to better reflect the world as it can be!

We experiment to test our theories instead of merely accepting the views of those who have gone before us. We don’t argue over the fine points of thousands years old theology, nor of scientific and academic theories of yesterday. We test and verify and change what we must. We can only become more than we are by changing who we are—by modifying yesterday’s beliefs through understanding today’s experience.

We are here now, and as we ourselves change through growth & development, so our reality will change through new consensus based on the publication and communication of new knowledge. Nothing is static except the Beginning which is unknowable, and the Ending, which may or may not be pre-determined.
