Term: Intermediate Nature

DEFINITIONS

Intermediate Nature: A Theosophical term meaning the human soul. It is "intermediate" in nature because, as a result of incarnation, it is imperfect. However, during life it learns lessons so, eventually, it no longer has a need to incarnate.
