Technique: Transform Every Worry into a Happy Ending

If I could give you only one simple technique, it would be this one:

As soon as you notice you are worrying, ask yourself what it is you are most worried about. What are you most fearful will happen? Once you are conscious of this fear, don’t dwell on it but instead imagine the opposite outcome. For example, let’s say you are worried about paying your upcoming rent. You are fearful your landlord will be angry, perhaps even evict you. Okay, stop. That’s enough! Now take just a minute and visualize yourself smiling as you count out your rent in hundred-dollar bills. See yourself handing the money to your landlord and pocketing several other hundred-dollar bills as well. Imagine you are telling your friends, “Wow, that was silly for me to worry because the money flowed to me so easily, and now my landlord really loves me!” See your landlord hugging you (or buying a one-way ticket to Tahiti). Say some prayers of gratitude and conjure up feelings of relief and joy over your ability to manifest.

Doing this exercise will not only help you to create the money, but it will also provide relief from your anxiety. When you worry about lack of money, you are often suffering more from anxiety than from lack of money. Remember to utilize all your senses when using your imagination in this way: see it, think about it, feel it, and appreciate it. It doesn’t matter if you can visualize in full high-definition Technicolor or if you can barely muster a cartoonish outline that fades away as soon as you create your images. Both will change your state of mind and magnetize the desired outcome to you.
