Spell A Day

Health Improvement Charm

Spell Date:  Wednesday, November 30, -0001
Color of the day: Yellow
Incense of the day: Poplar

This spell assists in improving the health of elderly persons, the frail, infirm, or those who are housebound. Obtain a horseshoe or find an iron nail. Bring some water to a boil in a saucepan, and add sea salt to the liquid. When the salt has dissolved, let the water cool down to a lukewarm temperature. Immerse the horseshoe or iron nail in the salt water to bless it. Take the horseshoe or iron nail to the garden of a sick person, and bury it with the tip pointing out of the soil. Or else, it can be buried in a potted plant and placed in a sunny part of the living room. Water the plant regularly, and feed it with fertilizer once in a while. Have the sick person sit near the plant whenever possible to absorb strong, fresh, and rejuvenating energies.
