Spell: Peace Garden Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

With so much chaos going on around us, it can be hard to focus on the positive and peaceful aspects of life. For this spell all you need is yourself and a garden, either yours or a community garden you like to visit.

Find a cozy and quiet place in the garden and sit down to relax. Look at all the lush life growing abundantly around you in collective harmony. Witness and experience all the flora and fauna cohabitating, and allow that energy to fill you up as you remember the abundance and beauty that life has to offer. Feel your hands on the soft grass, smell the aroma of any scented flowers in bloom, and listen for any birds or bees flying around the garden. Close your eyes and take in all the serenity of this place and know that peace does exist and is readily available. When you are ready, take this energy with you and spread it to others throughout the day.
