We all have memories that can still be painful to us. Use this spell to find comforting release and move forward. Harness the healing light of the Sun by using a crystal prism. Hang this crystal in a window where it catches the light and creates rainbows in the room. Sit quietly and focus on these rainbows. Think of the painful memory and imagine each rainbow as a healing laser beam, healing the wound, erasing the scar. Each time you look at one of the rainbows, smile and say:

Shining light,
heal my pain,
Like the rainbow
from the rain,
Leave the beauty,
take the scar,
Like the dark
reveals a star.
