Today is the Holiday of Ra. Ra was considered the king of the Egyptian gods, the patron of the Pharaoh and all-father of creation. As the Sun god, he was said to ride a chariot across the sky every day. So today, when the Sun rises directly overhead, go outside and tip your face up to its light and thank Ra for his illuminating presence in your life.
May the presence of Ra shine down upon me,
Bring sunshine into my life and warmth, gently.

May I be blessed and
protected for all time.
