Find a place where you can sit outside on the ground, up next to a tree if possible. Take a deep breath: as you inhale count to ten, and as you exhale count to ten also. Continue this deep breathing and say to yourself: "Restore my balance, restore my strength. In with the good, out with the bad." Feel your body relaxing and recentering. |
