Facing a challenging day? Have an enchanted peach for breakfast! Throughout history in many cultures, peaches have been associated with love, immortality, fertility, and protection—all such lucky, positive things. Even the flesh of a peach is a cheerful hue, not to mention they are delicious and nutritious. When we eat a peach with intent, we can bring into us all of its positive traits.

This spell is for those days when you need some extra personal power, luck, and positive energy to get you started. Using a knife, carefully carve your name into the peach’s skin. As you do this, visualize your day filled with joy, luck, and abundance. Eat the peach mindfully, and feel the positive traits entering you and infusing your energy field with sunshine and sweetness. This feeling should stay with you the whole day through, attracting positive people and situations.
