Today we have a lot going on in the heavens. There is a full moon and a lunar eclipse. This is not an ideal time to start anything magical, but it is a good time to reflect and plan and decide what it is you wish to release from your life. If you need help deciding which path to take or what to release, this scrying spell will help.

For this scrying ritual, you'll need a dark-colored bowl and a silver-colored coin. The dark bowl represents the lunar eclipse and the silver-colored coin represents the full moon. After dark, place the bowl on your altar and fill it with water. Drop the coin into the bowl. Sit before the bowl, turn the lights down low, and ground and center. Whisper these words:

In perfect time, in perfect peace,
What is it I should release?

Gaze into the water. It will mist over and then become clear. You'll begin to see images and messages. Do this for no more than fifteen minutes. Journal what you've seen, or write it in your Book of Shadows.

Relax and end the session. Pour out the water and put away the supplies. Don't worry if the images didn't make sense. They will in a day or two. At that point, make a plan for what changes you need to make in your life.
