If someone is spreading gossip about you, try this old-time magical remedy. You'll need one slice of bread. First, place your hands over the bread. If possible, visualize who is spreading the gossip. Then say:

No one can hurt me.
Of all the deeds you speak of, I am free.

Set the slice of bread aside in a quiet, dark place. Let it get moldy. Then look at the moldy slice, and if possible, visualize who has spread the gossip and say:

To you who are so bane,
Allow me to explain.
You've lied and slandered my name
And tried to bring me pain.
But like this mold and rot,
Your harmful words touch me not!

Toss the bread in the trash. The gossip will begin to fade.
