Incense of the day:  Maple
 

Set aside at least one hour to spend with your pet today. While with your pet, create a safe atmosphere and breathe deeply. Then imagine yourself as your pet, and say out loud:

If I were my pet, what would I like best to do? What would I like best to eat? What would be my favorite color?

Listen for the answers, and then take some time to do those things with your pet.
