Ensure the candles are placed in secure holders before arranging them in a circle on a bare table. It is essential that all windows are shut and that you keep an eye on the candles once they are lit. Sit or recline near the table, meditate for a few moments, and feel the candlelight replenishing your soul. This ritual can also be used when you feel lonely or worried.
