Most of us have some financial responsibilities that have become burdensome, causing us worry and stress. We must learn to forgive ourselves and know that these problems are not the end of the world. To help with this process, wrap a dollar bill around a stone. As you visualize the stone absorbing your financial worries, leaving the money free and unhindered, say these words:

Stone of earth, relieve my stress,
My future plans will all be blessed.
Of money woes let me be free,
For good of all, so mote it be.

Bury the stone in the ground and keep this dollar on your altar or in a safe place where you'll never spend it.
