This is a Roman festival, named and placed because it begins on the fifth day after The Ides of March. The festival is sacred to Minerva and is considered an auspicious day for divination. Set up a quiet space with candles, incense, and your divination tool of choice. Offer up thanks to Minerva for her guidance. Use this time to explore options in regards to important issues that have weighed on you in the past days and weeks. Instead of doing a quick "check-in" type of divination, use some of the longer spreads or meditations. Explore questions in more depth than you usually get the chance to do. Even better, use today as a chance to celebrate with a friend who also practices divination by swapping readings. That outside eye sometimes helps place things into perspective and opens up possibilities you might not have noticed on your own.
