Enchant Your Tools

Color of the day:  Pink
Incense of the day:  Orchid

Every Witch or magician works with some magical tools. It's a good idea to recharge these tools on a regular basis. Some practitioners may only enchant particular tools on particular days. Generally, this has to do with the material that forms the tool, or with the tool's magical usage (e.g., whether its magic is projective, receptive, commanding, containing, etc.). Times for enchanting generally vary as a result of astrological factors, certainly including the day's precise lunar and solar alignments. Whether or not you choose precise days, times, or hours to more deeply enchant your tools, a "quickie recharge" can be performed on any Full Moon.
Simply grab your tools and set them on a silver platter or in a silver cooking bowl or baking pan. Place all of this on the ground outside, directly under moonlight. Sprinkle water and sea salt on the tools (consecrate these as you normally would), and situate a tea light candle and a stick of all-natural incense on either side of the tray. Summon the elements and visualize the tools surrounded in glowing white moonlight. You may also direct energy from the Moon into the tools. Leave these overnight and repeat on any Full Moon you desire!
