Balancing Act

Now that it's summer, the routine has relaxed. There are things like weekend parties and vacations-in short, the balance we work so hard to achieve can get thrown off. Use an element spell to restore your equilibrium. Gather a white candle, a white charm bag, a small oak twig, a small shell, a small feather, and a small piece of moss agate. Light the white candle and carefully char the oak twig in it to represent fire. Place it south of the candle. Place the moss agate north, the feather east, and the shell west. Put your hands on either side of the arrangement and focus on the candle flame. Call on each element in your own words and feel its energy work with your own. Do this as often and as long as you need to. When the candle is out, place the element tokens in the charm bag and carry them with you.
