A Spell for Change

Color of the day:  Indigo
Incense of the day:  Pine
 
Find a stone that you don't mind parting with and focus on it, using it to symoblize a bad habiit that you'd like to change. Hold the stone and visualize your goal filling it.
Chant the following:

Water flows, carves the land;
Change occurs at its hand.
Make a change in my life;
Whatever's wrong, set it right.
For good of all and harm to none.
As I will, so it be done.

Bury the stone and pour water over the soil. The elements of Water and Earth are both ruled by Saturn-put this change in his hands.
