LLEWELLYN'S SPELL-A-DAY

Knowing That All Is Well

Color of the day:  Green
Incense of the day:  Mulberry

There's no way the fourteenth century English mystic and anchorite Dame Julian of Norwich could be considered a Pagan, but we Pagans can take to heart something she wrote following her visions of Jesus: "All things shall be well. All manner of things shall be well."
What a wonderful promise this is! It's a basic truth of existence, and it also shows how the followers of different spiritual paths can come together and find common ground.
Let's augment Dame Julian's promise:

"All is well. All manner of things shall be well. All can only be well."

Believe it! These words are the screensaver of your head and heart. They're your favorite app.
Let these words be the first words you speak aloud when you awaken in the morning and the last words you speak before you go to sleep at night.
