Break a Connection

Sometimes relationships seem to hang on in the spiritual realm long after they've run their course in the physical. For instance, an ex-partner's energy might still be hanging around, making it difficult to enter fully into a new, more positive relationship.
But never fear; today is a great day to break this old connection for good. First, get rid of any items that were gifts from, or that remind you of, this person. Then light a bundle of dried white sage, safely dispersing its smoke throughout your home and then around your own body.
After extinguishing the sage, sit comfortably, close your eyes, and relax. Enlist Archangel Michael's help as you say:

"Archangel Michael, please remove and incinerate any and all cords of attachment to ____, and please place a fiery wall around me, through which no further connection may ever be established, now or in any direction of time. Thank you."
