Hidden Matters

Unless you are aware of the hidden matters that are happening in your life and around you, you cannot have complete balance in your life. Is someone being nice to your face but working against you behind your back? Too often that may be the case.
Use this meditation to help show you what is going on around you that you cannot yet see:

"Unseen to be seen. Unheard to be heard. Truth I see. Truth I hear. Unseen. Seen. Unheard. Heard."

Meditate on these words, allowing yourself to go deeper until you are able to catch glimpses of what may be going on out of sight.
