Turning on the radio is something I do almost automatically as soon as I sit down at my desk or in the car. I've also come to learn that the universe has multiple ways of sending messages, whether it's tossing a coin in my path or hearing a song that plucks at my psyche.
Focus on your feelings today- is there anything you want to know, any questions you need answered? Turn on your favorite music service, and open yourself to the pieces being played. Does one song stick in your head? Is it the tune, or the words? Repeat them to yourself, or hum or sing them aloud.
Repeat the melody or the lyrics as a mantra whenever you feel you need them throughout the day. In your magical journal, write down the words, how they make you feel, and how they helped you
