We all need healing from time to time, whether it is physical, mental, or spiritual. This is a simple affirmation to help with this task. If you like, you can light a white or blue candle and repeat as many times as feels right:

"I am strong and serene.
I am healthy and whole.
I am a child of the goddess,
And I am healing."
