Incense of the day:  Frankincense
 
Sometimes the status quo just isn’t working. Often we feel stuck either emotionally, physically, financially, or spiritually. For moments like this, give yourself a boost by using this spell. All you need is a balloon. As you inflate the balloon, picture the situation you wish to change. Tie the balloon. Chant:

"I’ve had enough, this thing is done,
My patience has been overrun.
It all stops now, time for a break,
I’ve been asleep—it’s time to wake!"

Pop the balloon. Repeat as desired. Laugh and enjoy the action of popping the balloon, and let it motivate you to take positive steps in your life to make the changes you desire.
