Cool as a Cucumber

Color of the day:  Brown
Incense of the day:  Lilac

There’s an odd saying, “cool as a cucumber,” which means to be calm and completely chilled out. Supposedly this saying originates from the fact that the inside of a cucumber is always cold, even on the hottest summer day.

To make a refreshing, healthy drink that will also spread peaceful vibes, chop a cucumber into round slices. On each slice, carefully carve a peace symbol into one side, using the natural round rind of the vegetable as the circle part of the design. See each slice glow with calm white energy. Add the rounds to a pitcher of water, chill, and serve.

You can make this any time you need to bring calm energies into yourself after a heated discussion or situation. If you don’t enjoy drinking water, you can just eat the slices of cucumber instead. Cucumbers are high in vitamin B5 and are good for your skin!
