Springtime Energy Boost

At this time of year, the weather is usually warm and the world can feel vibrant and alive. Despite the pace of life picking up, we can still feel sluggish. If that is the case, this potion can be a nice energy boost without caffeine.

You will need:
* 1 cup peppermint tea
* 1 cup apple juice
* 1 sprig fresh rosemary
* 1 cup club soda or seltzer water

Make the peppermint tea first and allow it to cool completely before combining it with the rest of the ingredients. Once everything is combined and poured into a cup, hold it in your hands and envision it being charged with orange light to fill it with energizing power. As you drink the potion and feel the bubbles, imagine that they are carrying the orange light to every cell in your body, bringing you increased energy.
