Modern Anti-Poverty Witch Bottle

Color of the day:  Ivory
Incense of the day:  Narcissus

This spell is designed to guard against financial hardship. It takes the notion that shredded and torn items corresponding to the goal will magically shred that which we are warding off, in this case poverty. If you don’t have credit cards you wish to cut up, bits of hard plastic packaging will do.

Gather these items:
* Red candle in a holder
* Intention scroll: pen, paper, and a green or gold ribbon
* Glass bottle with a lid
* Cut-up credit cards
* Torn bills
* Tulip petals

Light the candle, and on a new piece of paper, write the following intention:

For the good of all, protected I’ll
be, from financial hardship and
poverty; secured and safe, troublefree,
without harm, so mote it be.

Roll this paper up into a scroll and tie it with the ribbon. Add each of the items to the bottle and close it. Finally, carefully drip wax from the red candle over the bottle lid to fully seal it, activating the magic. Be sure to extinguish the candle.
