Meditation to Connect with Divine Spiritual Energy

Sit in quiet contemplation in your nature place or in a soft space where you will not be disturbed. Open your mind and relax. Observe, notice, and feel everything that you experience. Focus your attention on your feelings, and open up all of your senses to experience your meditation. Allow any distracting thoughts to drift away. Notice them and let them go.

Sit quietly and observe yourself. See, sense, feel, and experience everything about yourself, inside and out. Ask Spirit to come and be with you. If you know who your Spirit Guides are, invite them to come and sit with you. If you worship or work with certain Religious Deities, ask them to come and sit with you. What do you see, sense, or feel? Who or what is the Spirit Energy that is with you? Does it have a form or a body? Does it give you a sense or a feeling? Notice its attributes and characteristics. Is there any light emanating from it? Is there more than one? What colors do you see? Sense and feel their energy. Sense and feel your own energy. What do you feel physically? What do you feel emotionally? What do you sense inside of your body? Is there any energy movement? What do you sense outside of your body? Is there any energy movement? Sometimes Spirit works with the elements. Do you notice any elements? Do any of the elements blend together? Relax, look deeper, and continue to observe for a while. Allow yourself to sense and feel everything about the Spirit Energies around you, and the empty space in between. Allow yourself to sense and feel all of your emotions and the empty space in between. Allow yourself to sense and feel the physical energy of your body and the empty space in between. Breathe deeply of this energy. Notice your sensations.

Now close your eyes. Allow the power of the Spirit Energies and your inner wisdom to bubble forth. Relax, focus, and feel. Open up to feeling all of the energy moving around and through you. Allow questions and answers to form in and out of your thoughts. Questions like: Do the Spirit Energies affect my energy level? Do the Spirit Energies affect my chakras? Are they open and spinning? What am I feeling in the chakra locations? Do I feel energy moving around and through me? Do the Spirit Energies affect the different layers of my energy field?  Can I feel these? Can I see these? What colors do I see, feel, or sense? What messages do the Spirit Energies have to share with me?  Is there any wisdom that the Spirit Energies would like to share with me? If so, what? What healing energies do the Spirit Energies have to share with me?

Stay in this place in contemplation for as long as you have time, asking your own questions of yourself. When you are ready, take in a deep breath and allow yourself a few moments to shift your awareness back to ordinary life and fully integrate back into your body. Write your thoughts and your feelings in your journal.
