A few mornings ago I received a phone call from a friend on the opposite side of the country. Alay'nya started out as a hard-driving scientific researcher. We met at a psychic fair in San Diego where she came and received a Tarot reading from me. Although we've rarely seen each other in person, we have kept in touch.
Alay'nya has gone through enormous changes. Today she is a professional belly dancer, teacher, and more. You can learn about who she is and what she's teaching and doing by going to her website.
We talked about a new book she's completing. We also talked about how she's setting up classes combing spirituality with dance in a highly structured format.

Recently I read a very long post entitled "Non-Monogamy: Do Open Relationships Work?" The writer of that post makes what I consider to be numerous false assumption and false definitions to fit her narrow philosophy. Even though she admits that non-exclusive relationships, like exclusive relationships, may be successful or unsuccessful, she comes to the conclusion that non-exclusive relationships are bad.

That's all okay. I suggest that people pay attention and try out what the lecturers have to share. "If it works, that's great, because now you
A few months ago I made a post to this blog entitled, "Vibration: A Key to Magick." In it, I describe the process known as the Vibration of Words of Power. I think knowledge of this technique is so basic to magick that I cover it in depth within the second lesson (chapter) of my Modern Magick.
A reader named John Santos asked a question about this in relation to the performance of the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram (LBRP). He wrote,
How about repetitively vibrating the God Names in the LBRP? It seems more comfortable for me than a single round inhalation and then exhalation to bellow(vibrate) one God Name.
Is there any problem with my method?
I think this is a great
