Many of us think of LA yogis as a distant humanoid species who drink green juice, get their raw vegan meals delivered, and somehow have the time to tone muscles most of us didn’t know existed. The truth is, they have jobs, bills, and struggle with the same things the rest of us do, and having enough time to get it all done. So how is it that they become successful and break the proverbial glass ceiling? We aren’t talking about trying to be some celebrity here. We are talking about having a glow, a magnetism, and inner radiance from superb health and spiritual connection. Sounds almost too good to be true right? It’s not only true, it’s easy and the most fun thing you may ever find your modern-day-fitness-club-bouncing, home-workout-trying, annoyingly-hard-diet-trying self discovering.

Kundalini yoga is this magical, non-competitive, super-charged, bliss-you-out practice that my latest book Kundalini Energy gives you in a no-nonsense package.
