Is there an explanation for the thousands of people who have disappeared in the Bermuda Triangle? What can we learn from those that haveThe Fog survived their frightening encounters in this region? Bruce Gernon, co-author of The Fog, has a theory. He believes, based upon his firsthand experiences, reports of other survivors, and scientific research, that a meteorological phenomenon, an electronic fog, may explain the bizarre occurrences in the Bermuda Triangle.

Last night (11/8/09), the National Geographic Channel aired an interview with Bruce Gernon as part of their “Truth Behind the Bermuda Triangle” episode. Tune in on Sunday, November 15 at 1pm CST when the hour-long episode will be re-aired.

You can also watch a preview of the episode online.
