Bigfoot Spotted in North Carolina

A man in western North Carolina was calling for coyotes, and was rather surprised to see what some would describe to be Bigfoot lurking around his backyard. What I find fascinating about the story is that there have been stories of a creature of sasquatch-like stature traveling around the area for many years. The police officer who investigated Mr. Peeler’s call was visibly affected by the experience, as was Mr. Peeler. Is it a very large, hairy man who has decided to live in the wild, or is it indeed a cryptozoological creature roaming the countryside of North Carolina?
Bigfoot/Sasquatch has always seemed to be floating around in sightings and local legends, but it has become more mainstream and is the focus of a series of Messin with Sasquatch commercials for Jack Link beef jerky.
