As an intuitive and oracle, I see this energy around each person in their aura. Here are Three Steps to Awaken Your Aura:

     

  • Step One: Practice Conscious Visualization Similar to meditation, visualization begins with relaxing and taking a deep breath. Visualize pure white light coming from the spiritual planes above you, filling your aura with powerful light and energy. As you exhale, allow any passing negative thoughts to drift away from your body until they dissipate into the air. Continue this process for a few minutes each day to charge and renew your aura body.

  • Step Two: Connect with Other EnergiesEach day spend a few minutes outdoors breathing in fresh air and connecting to the natural environment around you. Regardless of whether you live in the city or the country, you can connect to the birds chirping, to the geraniums blooming on your front stoop, or to trees in a nearby park. It only takes a moment to allow your energy field to reach out and engage with the energy of nature. Doing so rejuvenates your auric energy field. As you build this energy up in your aura, share it with others you meet along the way. A warm smile or gentle embrace fills another’s aura with positive energy, helping them restore their energy as well. What we give out, comes back to us three-fold.

  • Step Three: The Power in RejuvenationWe’ve forgotten the wisdom of our ancestors. The time has come to return to their wise ways. One of these traditions is to take a brief nap each day. A twenty to thirty minute siesta in the afternoon allows the body to fully digest nutrients after lunch, offers the mind a respite to relax and drift to creative thoughts, and replenishes the aura with pranic energy. If you can’t fit a nap in during the day, take a fifteen to twenty minute break to daydream and relax; you’ll return to work refreshed and ready to take on a new task.

There are many ways to work with the aura to heighten your intuition, have more energy, and be more creative. These first three steps will put you on the path to connecting with your aura.
