Term: King

DEFINITION:
In the standard Tarot deck, the Kings are one of the four “Court” cards found in each suit of the Minor Arcana. In a reading it indicates a swift but possibly unenduring force of the suit that is associated with the meaning of the suit. It may or may not be related to a person.
