Wouldn't it be great if we had such light bulbs to signal revelations? Then again, we do have them-we call them spirit guides. We may not always recognize the signals, but their light is there. Using a guided meditation, visualize a stream of reciprocal energy flowing between you and your guide. Request a signal that indicates an incoming message. Focus on any sensations, words, or visions that follow. Document any perceived messages, your response, and the outcome until you feel comfortable discerning the voice of your guide from the voice of your ego. |
