Charge a yellow candle with laughter, and light it. Charge an orange candle with joy, and light it. Turn off the electric lights, and settle into the warm water. Affirm to yourself by saying: I will the water and flame to put my energies in harmony with joy and laughter. Happiness flows freely through my life and the lives of all around me.
