| A dream journal is the perfect magical companion for your bedside table. It's the best way to learn more about your subconscious mind, obtain dream messages, and track prophetic dreams.
First find a blank book. If you wish, choose one with a lock on it so you can keep all your subconscious secrets safe. Decorate the outside with calming images. If the book is already decorated, you may want to add a personal touch to the inside cover. On the first page, state the purpose of your dream journal, to track and record your dreams and to gain better insight from your subconscious mind. The statement only needs to be a paragraph long. Then press a leaf of catnip in the book and allow it to dry; this makes an excellent bookmark for a dream journal. Always record your dreams before you get out of bed. You'll remember more this way. |
