Spell: Purification Shower Bath

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

A lot of pre-ritual instructions advise taking a bath to cleanse the body and spirit of any disharmonious energy. Many adults with hectic schedules are not used to taking a bath and only have time for a quick shower. Others don't really care for baths and prefer to shower exclusively. Sometimes a cleansing shower doesn't feel as thorough to me, so I like to combine the two to get the best of both options.

If you run a shower and leave the drain plug in, the bathtub will slowly fill with water. Pour a cup of Epsom salts, a cup of regular salt, and a cup of lemon juice into the tub, and as it fills, you basically create a purification mixture that pulls out any unwanted energies through your legs and feet. Just watch the water level so that you can drain the tub before it overflows.
