If you've ever woken up in the middle of the night, jerking out of sleep worrying about something, you know how difficult it is to get back to sleep. Here's a spell so that you don't fret the night away. Sit up and look around. Breathe. Cast a circle of protection around your room, imagining the room enclosed in a sphere of white light. The sphere will keep out anything negative. Lie down again. Say to yourself: I am here now, safe. This is my reality. Keep repeating it until you feel calmer. Now say: I have these wonderful things in my life. Then list them. Let yourself feel calm and happy about them. Now say: I deserve health, happiness, and prosperity. Repeat this nine times. Let the protective circle melt back into the ground as you drift back to sleep. |
