Just place a handful of lemongrass herb in a square linen handkerchief, and tie it shut. Place the sachet under hot, running water to make a herbal bath. Soak yourself in the bath with the sachet for at least ten minutes. Breathe deeply. Keep your mind as open and clear as you are able. |
