Incense of the day: Juniper It is said we all have a guardian spirit. All we need to do is focus our attention on communicating with it, and then we'll be rewarded by getting to know our guardian spirit. One of the most effective ways to do this is with a pendulum. Select a time when you won't be disturbed. On one-inch squares of plain white paper, write each letter of the alphabet. Arrange them on a table in front of you in the proper order. Hold your pendulum and meditate for a moment. Ask the spirit to spell its name. Hold the pendulum over each letter; record any "yes" movements your pendulum makes. Hold the pendulum over each letter in this manner. When done, see if the letters you've written down make any sense to you. Thank the pendulum and try this exercise again if you wish. This takes a great deal of concentration, so don't make yourself tired. You may notice at other times, while dreaming for example, that you'll receive other messages from your guardian spirit. |
