Incense of the day: Lavender Gather together a notepad, paper, an address book, gift lists, cookbooks, boxes of holiday cards, a piece of holiday wrapping paper (9 x 9 inches), and a ribbon. Take one blue, one orange, and one white candle in candleholders. Rub your favorite essential oil on them and have a tiny vial of that oil with your spell components. Light the blue candle, saying: A light for serenity. Light the orange candle, stating: A light for stamina. Now light the white candle, stating: A light for joy. Hold your hands over your pile of objects. Close your eyes, visualizing a joyful, organized, and productive time. Feel the energy radiate from your hands into the objects. Open the vial of oil and inhale deeply. This scent connects you to the positive experience. Carry the vial with you always until Twelfth Night. Any time you feel stressed or blue, open it and inhale, remembering the feeling. Burn the candles all the way down. Write a wish on the inside of the holiday paper. Fold it into thirds. Tie it with the ribbon and hang it where you can see it all season. |
