Incense of the day: Juniper Did you know that Full Moons last three days? All the documented effects of the Full Moon (from changes in the crime rate to changes in fish behavior) last from the day before Full until the day after Full. So today you can use Full Moon energy even though tomorrow is when the Moon is Full. Sit in a circle of white candles and light them in clockwise sequence. Hold up a mirror so that it catches candlelight and your face. If you are outdoors, catch moonlight in the mirror as well as (or instead of) candlelight. Feel moonlight rushing into the mirror, into your face. Ask the goddess to tell you your path for the next month. Receive her wisdom through the Moon. Meditate on what you receive. When ready, thank the goddess and let the candles burn down on their own. |
