The temptation to overeat is everywhere this month. Follow this spell to help you maintain your desired weight.
First, draw a figure of your body the way you want to look. Trace your finger over the sketch several times. Put the drawing away. If you leave it out, you may begin to obsess. When you eat, hold the vision of your sketch in your mind. When eating at a holiday buffet, put a small portion of each food on your plate-and sit away from the buffet table as you eat. Enjoying holiday sweets is okay, but do this: Put a couple cookies or sweets on a pretty plate. Prepare a cup of tea or coffee. Enjoy your treat while sitting in a favorite easy chair. Savor the moment. Don't set unrealistic goals for yourself, and think of the image you drew earlier as you eat. You'll be fine. |
