| You will need a blue seven-day candle and some Van Van oil for this
ritual, which is based on a voudoun purification ritual. Use this ritual when you feel dragged down by negativity or stress. It will work best during the waning Moon. To start, anoint the candle with Van Van oil. Light it, and set it on the bathroom counter. Say, "I banish negativity. I banish fear. I banish [whatever is bothering you]." Pour a few drops of Van Van oil into the bath, or anoint yourself in the shower from the crown chakra down to the root chakra. Visualize your troubles going down the drain. Let the candle burn down uninterrupted in a safe place. |
